GORSKI KOTAR. The village of Gašparci, land plot by the Kupa river.
The land plot has of 60,000m2, which is 2 parts divided by the road, in the lower part of the plot next to Kupa there is a ruin with a floor plan area of 50m2 recorded in the cadastral plan before February 15, 1968.
According to the spatial plan, the location is outside the construction area.

The house is located on a spacious meadow by the river, 20-30 minutes walk to the source of Kupa.
The house has 47m2 in its floor plan, it has basement, ground floor and attic.

The building were built before 1968.

The house requires reconstruction, but it is not in a ruin condition.
